Toads Of The Short Forest Between The Acts: Twenty Little Cigars

Comments:

General: From Rockaway Records:

"1970 original 10" metal acetate issued for Bizarre Records. Side one plays a segment of the song from "Weasels Ripped My Flesh" album, but with an extra 15 seconds of an outro jam. This was edited out of the full, final version. Side two is the same version of the song from "Chunga's Revenge" album (though it is titled "Twenty Small Cigars" on the LP). However, this acetate version is a slightly different mix, featuring a more prominent guitar. Zappa's name is not labeled on this acetate, just "Third Story", as his publisher was Frank Zappa Music/Third Story Music. 100% AUTHENTIC item obtained directly from HERB COHEN, Frank Zappa's former manager and co-founder of Straight and Discreet Records labels.
